Managing Subscriptions
step-by-step instructions on how to navigate our customer portal to view, and update, your recurring order (subscription).
Step 1: Log In To Your Customer Account
From the Crazy Critters website, click on the person icon in the top-right corner of the homepage, and select "Log In".
Step 2: Enter Customer Account Details
Enter your email address and password, then click on "Sign In" to access your customer account.
Step 3: Navigate To Subscriptions Dashboard
When you have successfully signed into your customer account, you will be taken to the "My Account" dashboard.
From here you will need to click on "Subscriptions" in the top left corner of the page.
Step 4: Select Subscription Profile
On this page, you will see a summary list of your subscriptions with Crazy Critters.
Click on the subscription number to view the individual subscription profile.
Step 5: View or Update Subscription Details
Your subscription profile page is where you can make a number of different changes to your current recurring order, including:
* edit your selected products
* pause / resume your subscription
* cancel your ongoing subscription
* skip your next scheduled order
* update your payment method; and
* update your shipping address
